One For The Road
Ingredients:
½ oz. Blanco tequila
1 oz. Real peach puree
4 oz. Prosecco
Add all ingredients except Prosecco into a Boston Shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously. Strain the first two ingredients into a bird-shaped cocktail glass. Finish with Prosecco and garnish with sprigs of rosemary and one edible flower.
